Payments

Payments are made offline through Zelle or Venmo. We never receive or store your bank, card, or account credentials on this website — you send payment directly through your own banking or payment app.

Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share what is necessary with trusted services that help us run the studio (for example, shipping carriers and our email provider).

Your choices (including California residents)

Shipping Policy

All prices are in US Dollars (USD).

Where we ship

We currently ship within California, USA only. If you are outside California and would like to order, please contact the studio and we will do our best to help.

Shipping rates

• Standard shipping: $10 flat rate.
• Free shipping on orders over $300.

Processing & delivery times

• Fine art prints & original pieces: made to order and carefully packed; they typically ship within 5–15 business days.
• Digital fine art editions: delivered by email within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed (no physical shipping).

Refunds & Returns

Every piece is created with care. Because most items are made to order or one of a kind, please review the following before purchasing.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, please email info@jocelinnorambuena.art within 7 days of delivery, with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns

• Original jewelry and fine art prints may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unused and in their original condition. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
• Refunds are issued once the returned item is received and inspected, using the same payment method (Zelle or Venmo).

Non-refundable items

Digital fine art editions are non-refundable, as they are delivered as digital files. Custom or commissioned pieces are also non-refundable unless they arrive damaged.

By using this website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Orders & payment

• Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Orders are confirmed once payment is received.
• Payment is made offline via Zelle or Venmo; instructions appear at checkout and in your order confirmation. Your order is held until payment is confirmed.
• All prices are in USD and may change without notice.

Products & colors

Each piece is handmade or individually printed, so slight variations are natural and part of their character. Screens display colors differently, so actual colors may vary slightly from what you see online.

Intellectual property

All photographs, artwork, jewelry designs, text, and images on this site are the property of Jocelin Norambuena and are protected by copyright. Purchasing a piece (including a digital edition) grants you personal use only — it does not transfer copyright or permit reproduction, resale, or commercial use.

Limitation of liability

The studio is not liable for delays or issues outside our reasonable control, including shipping-carrier delays. Our maximum liability for any order is the amount paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
